How did you spend Halloween, trick or treat, prayers, offerings and visits to departed relatives in memorial parks, cemeteries, errands.   Personally I had a welcome opportunity on the last day of October to go and visit, pray to and pray for my departed relatives and then I took advantage to go and visit Our Lady of the Holy Rosary, La Naval in Sto Domingo. On the way back home I stopped by a mall to get some things. There were so many vehicles on the road and so many people in the mall.   There was a Halloween celebration for the children, they wore costumes and ran or walked around the mall. Today is a special day for me and I would like to take advantage to ask for prayers.   Although I know you and I always pray for each other. October 28, 2025 Hello!  How is each and every one? Yesterday, the 27 th of October, was the birthday of Msgr Fernando Ocariz, the Prelate of Opus Dei.  We celebrated with Holy Mass, simple Benediction and Holy Rosary praying for his person and intentions. We are approaching the month of November, the month of suffrages for the Holy Souls in Purgatory, Holy because they are a step away toward Heaven.  With our prayers, Holy Masses and Holy Rosaries for them during the coming month we can send many of them soon to their heavenly home.  I believe my devotion to the Holy souls in Purgatory will see me through when the time comes. With faith, hope and love nothing is ever lost.  So let us keep them very much in mind in the coming month which a couple of days ahead.   October 21, 2025 Pngtree   Hello!  How is each and every one?  I am presently reading and bringing into my prayer the class of Father Ocariz on hope “Nothing is Lost” .  Finally hope is joy.  Hope in love of God for me. Hope in generous self-giving. Hope in what the others can do.  Concrete love is the criterion of holiness, Dilexi te.   Praying and caring, contemplating and healing, writing and welcoming everything is an expression of the same love for Christ. I am at the same time reading the Apostolic Exhortation of Pope Leo XIV on Dilexi te “I have loved you”. Yesterday was a day of favors for me.   God is truly a God full of surprises. I experienced the love of God in many ways.   Of course I asked Him to accompany me do the errands of sourcing out items for an outreach I am looking forward to.
